Upon arrival, please check your baked goods immediately for any signs of damage or discrepancies compared to your order confirmation.
Contact Customer Care
If there is an issue, notify us within 24 hours of delivery by emailing our support team with your order number and clear photos of the product.
Internal Review
Our bakery team will review your claim and the provided images to determine if a shipping error or quality issue occurred.
Resolution Process
Once approved, we will either ship a fresh replacement of your order at no additional cost or process a full refund to your original payment method.
